Perfect Paws is proud to announce that within the third quarter of 2005 its unique wash process as provided for all Turn Key dogwash operators will become officially vet endorsed.

Now endorsement is not as simple as one would think. Three critical areas need to be met in order for a Veterinarian to endorse a product or a process.

In order to meet this important milestone Perfect Paws has had to provide the three key areas for examination prior to the endorsement been granted.

Documentation plays an important part of our wash process and as such we have broken down the wash process into 9 key areas inclusive of setting up the hydrobath right through to disinfecting and trouble shooting. The document is a bound folder containing close to 100 pages of documented steps, images and limitations.

Our chosen vet then has assessed the accuracy and steps of the entire process and will shortly grant her approval for the entire process.

This folder which contains the system is only available to Turn Key operators and the people that are trained using this system will then have the ability to promote the fact hey are using a vet endorsed process.

The other two aspects which make up the endorsement include the equipment as well as the eventual end result.

For too long dogwash operators have used a re-cycling method of washing which actually leaves dirty water to dry on the coat. This water often contains surfactants or detergents along with flea killing properties such as Pyrethrins, unfortunately the detergents left to dry on the coat are not rinsed and consequently you are left with soap to dry and eventually irritate the skin.

Our modern wash process has allowed Turn Key operators to have faith in the systems and eventually they will all be able to promote the fact that their wash process is indeed vet endorsed and recommended.
