Stock Pricing

At Perfect Paws we strive to provide the best pricing available to you the pet lover. In simple terms we will aim to consistently offer you better value than what you'll find shopping for supplies in any other way.

Our internal pricing policy clearly dictates the importance placed on the constant monitoring of competitors pricing. This is undertaken to provide you with our promise of everyday low prices. We ask for you to compare our pricing + products and if for whatever reason we don't stack up to your expectations we would love to hear from you.

Unfortunately some competitors dont't want to be around for a long time hence the reason they sell at really cheap pricing. As a business we have been around since 1999 and hope to serve the pet owners of this country for even longer.

We are a business and as such would love the ability to be able to pay both our suppliers and those that make Perfect Paws happen. With this in mind we will do our best to match pricing however sometimes we may just not be in a position to do so and will advise you of our position.

Availability

Due to the unpredictable nature of supply and demand Perfect Paws will where practicable monitor on a daily basis the quantities of specific products. In the event that a specific item is ordered and not available we will contact you direct and give you the option of either waiting for the stock, changing the order to a different product or cancelling the item all together.

Under no circumstances will you be charged for stock not in our possession. You will only be charged for the stock we have available.

To simplify the ordering system further we will place an out of stock label where the price would normally be located. If this is the item you specifically require and a suitable replacement is not available then feel free to communicate with us to find out when the stock is likely to arrive into our dispatch and ware-housing facility.

In the event that you choose to wait for a product and you wish to have it placed on backorder normal delivery fees may apply once the goods have arrived into stock.

Delivery

Perfect Paws Believes in prompt order delivery. Using carefully orchestrated dispatch and delivery systems we will endeavour to ship out your order within two working days.

Our chosen delivery contractors include Australia Post and Australian Air Express. Clearly their professionalism and commitment to quality delivery services has provided us with the comfort that our customers will be dealing with the right people especially when it comes mail order processing.

For large or bulky orders we will communicate with you to discuss further options. In the event that an item cannot be posted through the normal channels For example Hydrobaths, you will be presented with the best possible price from another reputable contractor willing to deliver the product into your area.

Customer orders are processed on a daily basis and usually ship out within 2 working days.

In the event that stock is not available due to circumstances beyond our control you will have option to either cancel the order or simply have it placed on our backorder system. Once the goods have arrived you will advised and the order will proceed as normal.

Deliveries to a different address are 100 % possible. Simply nominate the delivery address in the Trade-Ring secure shopping cart facility where it prompts you for a different delivery address. Simply check the box that states shipping address and you will be prompted to fill in the respective details.

Order cancellation can only be accepted by email prior to the order leaving our distribution centre. After that time we ask you to follow the steps outlined in our cancellation policy

Cancellation

Yes you can cancel your order as long as the order has not already entered the delivery process. Please contact us by phone as soon as practically possible on 1300 302 779. You will need to provide us with your name, the shipping address, and receipt number. If the order has already entered the delivery process then you will need to wait for it to be delivered and then arrangements made for the item to be sent back to enable the system of refunding to be undertaken.

Refunds & Returns

Why should online retailing be any different? Perfect Paws believes in total customer satisfaction in the event that you are not satisfied with your order and it meets our refund criteria we will cheerfully begin the refund process for you.

We are not however in a position to refund your purchase if you simply change your mind. In the event that a swap or a refund is agreed to the customer will be expected to pay the delivery fees for the return of stock and the dispatch of the exchange item we will entertain the swap.

IMPORTANT: The following criterion needs your attention before any consideration is given to a refund.

  1. 1. If the reason for the return is due to damaged or faulty goods OR if the return was caused by our actions, then we will pay for return postage. You are then offered the following options.

    • A Full refund
    • Replacement of goods
    • A Credit with Perfect Paws in the form of a gift voucher.
  2. 2. If you're returning goods for any other reason Perfect Paws will credit the purchaser for the full amount of the goods through our gift voucher system. This system is totally open to audit concerns and is individually numbered for easy reference.

    Under the retail trading laws of Western Australia a customer can return goods for a refund, repair or replacement if:
    • the item has a fault that wouldn't normally be detected at the time of purchase.
    • the item is not the same as described by the salesperson, or on a label or sign, or in an advertisement, or does not match the sample shown.
    • the item is not suitable for the customer's intended use as described to the salesperson before the purchase.

In some instances, customers don't have a legal right to a refund. The item may be the wrong size. It may be an unwanted gift. Perhaps the customer has changed his or her mind.

In these circumstances we as a business are not obliged to refund the money, exchange the goods or even give a credit note unless this has been agreed by your salesperson before th

e sale or it is your store's stated policy.

Perfect Paws will be happy to treat each individual case on its merits and often goodwill will prevail, however the decision lays with the company and clear reasons will be given once a decision is made.

When customers are returning faulty goods, they may also lose their right to a refund if the goods have not been used in accordance with instructions, or have been abused or damaged.

If there are any other problems with your product please contact us for further advice. Sometimes a simple misunderstanding can come about afterall we are human and can make mistakes. To avoid unnecessary delays in return shipping and handling charges please do not hesitate to contact us via email.

In the event that Perfect Paws agrees to an exchange or a refund you are required to meet a minimum pre-requisite and one which is simple; The goods must be in original packaging, undamaged and in re-saleable condition.

Along with this, the item must have all accessories included with the return package in order for the credit process to be undertaken. Missing or damaged items will not be accepted and the refund / credit will not take place.

Hydrobath Warranty / Returns

In the event of a problem arising with a hydrobath order the warranty covers replacement parts and labour. A fair and honest system of quotation will be the only way baths can be warranted outside a 50km radius of Perth Western Australia for any hydrobath in our range, a 50km radius out of Salisbury Queensland for the Conmurra baths and a 50 km radius outside of Somerville Victoria for the Liberty range of Hydrobaths. In the event that quotes are needed for extensive warrantable work then Perfect Paws has the first right of acceptance of the quotes presented to them.

It is important to note that the Hydrobaths carried by Perfect Paws are of excellent quality but can be damaged easily without due care and attention. By treating the bath with respect you will be rewarded with a product that will last you a long time. A 12-month warranty applies for a bath purchased for domestic use and a 3-month warranty applies to commercial customers. 24 months overall is offered on the Pump directly by the manufacturer.

The warranty for the hydrobaths does not cover consumable items for such parts as heating elements, thermostats, filter bags, drain plugs, shower-wands, floor panels, wheels or chassis systems, anchor points, safety switches, transportation to and from the manufacturer / distributor, damages caused by abuse, accident, neglect, improper repair, or failure to perform normal routine maintenance, use of improper washing products including all non-suitable chemicals, compliance with operating instructions, sales outside Australia, any other expense including consequential damages, incidental damages, incidental expenses, loss of business system or convenience, loss or damage to property both yours and that of your clients.

Perfect Paws on behalf of the manufacturer holds the warranty for the entire range of new hydrobaths both domestic as well as commercial / professional. All other warranty for the other Hydrobaths is the responsibility of the originating manufacturer. Perfect Paws believes in fair consumer protection and furthermore will be guided by the Trade Practices Act of 1974 (WA) and other Australian state and territory legislation.

These conditions have been put into place to protect all the customers who have genuine gripes or concerns regarding their purchase. Perfect Paws holds in high regard the chosen manufacturers and will back the product if proven to be genuinely faulty.
