Perfect Paws has developed a series of award winning business solutions called Turn Key and they are basically aimed at those entrepreneurs willing to put their dreams into reality start a business.
The turn key packs are in depth and contain training, consumable supply, marketing solutions and operations manuals. These guys have grab all that is made available and then used the training and information given to make their dream come true.
As we are not offering a franchised solution these guys are technically independent yet they all reside in the fact that they can count on Perfect Paws to assist them when needed.

Pup's Mutts and Pooches Pet Care, Jandakot WA
Odette first responded to our advert offering the secrets to starting out in the dogwashing industry. Her drive and passion for dogs was evident upon our first few interviews. Just stepping into her home helped us decide that she was a perfect candidate for the industry - afterall her own dogs had the best pet beds in the lounge room and her ability to control them was amazing.
At 24 years of age Odette was our youngest inductee and although nervous still decided dogwashing was something she wanted to do.
After a lot of advice from her father in QLD she decided to embark on the Perfect Paws Turn Key package and after 4 to 5 weeks of training and equipment familiarisation she hit the road.
A bit of a fitness freak, Odette decided that the best way to get her name out there was to walk the streets and personally deliver her custom colour flyers.
Not something others have done but her tenacity and drive allowed her to instantly see rewards. Often on her pamphlet deliveries she would receive calls after only having left an area and she enthusiastically reported back to Perfect Paws her results within minutes of dropping the flyers off.
After nearly 2 years in the business Odette has amassed a group of customers that regard her as more than just the dogwash lady. Her results and commitment at making her business expand has allowed for excellent growth and a collection of great clients. So much so that her own competitors still cannot work out what it is she does and does so well.
When asked if she could have entered the industry in any other way her response was, "no way".

K9 Mobile Beauty Spa, Cheri Truscott
Having purchased pet related goodies from Perfect Paws in the past Cheri made the approach to us with the intention of starting a mobile grooming business. When offered the Turn Key package Cheri jumped at the chance.
You see Cheri was a dedicated employee working long hours for little reward within the confines of Perth's building industry. She grew tired of the stress and decided that working outdoors and for one-self would be the break she needed.
She packed in her job, signed up for turn Key and has never looked back.
Cheri covers most of Perth's North Eastern Suburbs and offers customers the ability to groom dogs using a door to door service. Her training was intense and having had other family members in the grooming industry she was sure to succeed.
What attracted Cheri to Turn Key? Well she really liked the idea that a proper system was documented and she could run from day one using an operations manual that would give her an edge over her competition.
Having one of the best hydrobaths in Australia means nothing if you don't know how to get the most out of it so she opted for the tuition givenm through the training of Turn Key and has never looked back.
Sure being in business is not easy and Cheri deals with some of the issues with the drive and passion she had with her previous employer only this time the rewards of all the hard work are hers to keep.

On Time Dogwash, Edgewater Western Australia
If there ever was a person we could give credit for pushing us into the direction of the Perfect Paws Turn Key Package it would have to be Danny.
You see Danny came to us looking to escape the pressures of upper level management with a publicly listed company. He simply wanted to spend more time with his family and pet dog Sasha and leave the pressures of day to day employment behind him.
Danny is un-officially our first Turn Key operator and with his drive and passion we decided to further document our systems and processes so that when someone with the same idea came along as Danny we could assist even further.
Not everyone has the same managerial skills or mindset as Danny however with a love for dogs and a clear set of instructions and goals just about anyone can follow our documentation and instructions for a greater chance at business success.
Danny has managed to embrace most of our ideas and principles whilst introducing some of his own ideas all with great effect. He uses cutting edge technology to drive his runs and business, has a great reputation and seldom finishes a week without looking back and wishing he had done this earlier.
Danny is also an inspiration to others and his persona and larrikin style has allowed him to grow his business exponentially within the last years.

Harbour Hounds Laundro-Mutt, Secret Harbour
Matt and Sharon wanted to get into dogwashing but had little knowledge of the industry and in particular the best way into it without a Franchise.
They made the approach, explored the idea of Turn Key and eventually signed up. Now we will be the first to admit that the road travelled was less then rosy and issues of other competitors close to them hampered their initial launch. Looking back though it seems like a little hurdle that was easily overcome and in the end Harbour Hounds became a reality so much so that they hold the reputation within Secret Harbour as one of the best operations by far.
Their dedication to the end result and push for professionalism has allowed them to grow their reputation no end. They are about to under go a re-branding exercise whilst still keeping the name and Sharon is becoming a bit of a whiz on the computer which helps Matt run the business smoother and with less headaches.
They are even on the Secret Harbour Residents Committee which plans and runs the annual Secret Harbour Pet Stampede - similar to a million paws walk but only involving the local community and most importantly supporting local smaller animal welfare charities as opposed to national groups.

Just Paws Dogwash, Mandurah Western Australia
Pam came to us looking for a way of getting into the dogwash industry away from the Franchise models. She knew she had a love for dogs, she was willing to work tirelessly to get the business up and running and most importantly she wanted to do it whilst the kids where at school.
The end result was Just Paws. She took on the training, the documentation and the systems provided and developed her own business with the help provided by Perfect Paws.
She has been running for close to a year now and the bulk of her clients are repeat customers. Her Hydrobath has also helped her with achieving great results.
Her customers love the ability to rinse the dirty water often left on the coat by other similar operations, this is her single biggest USP or unique selling proposition. Once tried her customers don't go back.

KatWalk K9’s
Amber and Reece are our newest Turnkey operators and boy what a story. Originally we met the pair at the Business opportunities expo in Perth back in 2004 and after discussing the opportunity further they decided the time was not right.
Roll forward 12 months and out the blue they knocked on our door and asked to come on board with the Turn Key concept. They had taken care of other aspects of their lives such as getting married and decided the time was right.
Naturally we went through the selection criteria and decided that these guys would make a great set up. The way they handled their dogs and passion for working for themselves was evident from early discussions.
Taking part in the newest version of Turn Key has been an exciting journey for both Katwalk as well as Perfect Paws.
This couple allowed us to test and measure new and exciting training concepts, introduce them to our newest operations manuals and expose them to a broader range of hands on skill sessions.
Initially their Family showed a little hesitancy towards the idea but now that these guys are on board they could not be happier. Amber has said that without Turnkey she would not be at the level she is today.
